MINUTES FOR JULY 21, 2011
I.CALL TO ORDER ORDER/ATTENDANCE
John Klein - President – absent

Sharon Borszcz – Secretary – present – called the meeting to
order at 7:45 p.m.

II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Minutes of the May 19, 2011, meeting had been distributed to the
board members and declarant. Wendy Walker moved to approve. Ted
Lesiak seconded. All voted in favor. Minutes were approved to be
posted.
III. RECOGNITION OF GUESTS AND VISITORS
There were none. A June comment form received had been answered.
IV. FINANCIAL REPORT
Bob Scoular had electronically distributed the Monthly Balance
Sheet, Monthly Profit and Loss
Statement, and Budget Analysis for June 2011 to all board
members. Copies were available to the homeowners in attendance.
Chris Niebes moved to approve; Lesiak seconded. The board voted
unanimously to accept this report. Scoular had reported
receiving dues payments from Fifth/Third Bank for the Country
Lakes lots they now own.
V. LEGAL REPORT
There was no report.
VI. COMMITTEES
Club Liaison – There was no report.
Covenant – There was discussion concerning good maintenance for
a resident on Highland Green Dr. There had been communications
with the homeowner. Fines for unpaid dues will continue to be
assessed. A property on Fairway was discussed and further help
will be investigated. It was reported that there is an abandoned
property in The Hollows. It will be investigated. Lack of good
maintenance was discussed for a Fox Meadow property with no
mailbox.
DRC - There was no report.
Evergreen – Dan Auker was not present. There was no report.
Lake Management – There was no report.
Local Government – There was no report.
Welcome Basket – Sharon Borszcz reported delivering 5 baskets.
Six remain to be delivered.
VII. OLD BUSINESS
a. Ted Lesiak moved to approve the installation of new stop
signs pending the clarification of the number of installations
needed.
VIII. NEW BUSINESS
a. IT WAS NOTED AND DISCUSSED TO ALERT RESIDENTS TO BE SURE TO
USE THE SIDEWALK DESIGNATED AS THE GOLF PATH. For example: the
north side of Lakeview Glen Dr. is the
GOLF PATH sidewalk as it is wider than the south side of the
street. Golf carts are causing yard and sprinkler damage when
driven on the narrower sidewalk. All golf cart drivers are
requested to drive with respect and awareness of residents’
yards and sprinkler heads. On streets with two sidewalks – one
side will be wider to designate it as the golf path side. This
information will be noted in the spring HOA Board letter.
IX. ADJOURNMENT
Ted Lesiak moved to adjourned at 8:45 p.m. Chris Niebes
seconded. The meeting was adjourned.
